Andy is a CPA and MBA with 20+ years of accounting and finance experience in a variety of industries. His unique blend of systems, process, and data management skills helps him develop solutions for problems that have long plagued management teams.  He is a results-oriented leader with a knack for providing financial clarity and strategic direction to company leadership.  Andy takes pride in attentive listening, effective communication, and exceeding client expectations.  Andy lives in San Clemente, CA, and enjoys playing pickleball and spending time with his two children.

Mike is a CPA with 20+ years of experience in a variety of industries including life sciences, biotech, financial services, and media distribution. He has held Controller and VP of Finance positions for more than 10 years and is particularly skilled at revenue recognition, NetSuite implementations, financial reporting, and board package preparation and presentation. Mike lives in Trabuco Canyon with his wife and two children. He is an avid hiker and recently completed an ultra marathon.

Kirk is a Big 4 CPA with 25+ years of experience in controllership, FP&A, and tax management.  He has led accounting departments in both interim and full-time capacities, but he is also accustomed to rolling up his sleeves.  Kirk has worked in many ERP systems, including SAP, Yardi, Mas90, FRX, Sage 100, Peachtree, and Quickbooks.  His industry experience includes Aerospace, Real Estate, Construction, Distribution, Engineering, Manufacturing, Software, Financial Services, and Insurance.  He has a proven track record of bridging the gap between accounting and operations while also streamlining the processes between the two.  Kirk lives in Mission Viejo with his wife of 30+ years and enjoys watching Philadelphia sports with family in his leisure time.

Lien has 25+ years of experience in a wide array of accounting roles and industries.  She acclimates to new environments with ease and is a valuable contributor from day 1.  She is particularly astute in SEC reporting, IFRS & GAAP compliance, audit management, and system implementations.  She has consulted with multiple large public companies preparing complex consolidated financial statements.  Her industry experience includes biotech, high-tech manufacturing, professional services, aerospace & defense, apparel, and construction.  Prior to joining Alt CFO, Lien was the CFO at Alzamend Neuro, Inc. where she led the company through their Initial Public Offering process.  Lien lives in Irvine and enjoys hiking, traveling, and charitable endeavors.      

Annaliza is Big 4 CPA with 25+ years of experience working with companies ranging from small owner-operated to large public conglomerates.  She has worked in many ERP systems and is a QuickBooks Pro Advisor.  Annaliza excels at project based work and has deep understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley, internal controls, audit preparation, and financial statement reconstruction.  She is a relationship oriented advisor and seeks input from stakeholders throughout the organization.  Her industry experience includes pharmaceuticals, medical device, banking, automotive, insurance, and retail.  Annaliza lives in Tustin, CA with her husband of 20+ years and is an avid golfer and traveler.        

Brett is a big 4 CPA (inactive) with 25+ years of experience in accounting supervisory and project management roles.  He is a proven leader of accounting departments and project teams, both in full time and interim capacities.  His system experience includes Netsuite, Oracle, Micorsoft AX, Great Plains, Deltek Vision, Hyperion, and Quickbooks.  Brett's industry experience includes engineering, construction, architecture, manufacturing, professional services, and healthcare.  Brett's diverse background makes him a valuable resource to any accounting and finance department.  

Levi is Alt CFO's web designer and aspires to further develop his marketing skills.  He is creative and likes to design flyers and other marketing materials.  He boosts website traffic by optimizing SEO and making continuous updates.  He is an avid mountain biker, tennis player, reader, and enjoys entrepreneurial pursuits.
